Bringing over 17 years of global culinary expertise, Chef Rubin leads the kitchen at The Marconi with passion, precision, and a deep respect for tradition. A seasoned Executive Chef with experience at some of India’s most prestigious hotel chains, Chef Rubin expanded his craft in the UAE, mastering a wide range of international cuisines before finding his home in Canada.
In January 2025, Chef Rubin joined The Marconi and since then, he has transformed our culinary landscape. With an unmatched ability to recreate the beloved flavor's of home, he has created a menu that resonates with the 8,000–10,000+ international immigrants in our community, making The Marconi a true destination for authentic comfort food.
Through his leadership, our International Cuisine program has grown into something more than a menu it's a bridge between cultures, a celebration of heritage, and a bold new chapter in our culinary journey.
